We prefer to answer queries and do bookings by email or through as we are a small private company and are not always able to receive phone calls. However, if email contact is not convenient for you, you may leave your phone number and time zone we shall do our best to phone you.

BOOKING: by email

1. To book by email, first email us with the dates that you require. We shall then email you to confirm if the dates are available at the time of writing and quote the cost for the period.

2. If you want to go ahead with the booking, a Booking Form will be emailed to you which you should complete and return to us by email. The dates you request cannot be held for you until receipt of a completed Booking Form after which they will be held for 3 days within which the Booking Deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.

3. Once we receive the completed Booking Form you will be invoiced by email for the Booking Deposit (20% of the total cost, non refundable) (See Rates & Payment Methods).
When the Deposit is received by us we shall send you a Booking Confirmation and Deposit Receipt. (If the Booking Deposit is not paid within 3 days of receipt of the Booking Form the dates may be released to other prospective guests.)

4. You may choose to pay the balance in cash on check-in or you can be invoiced by email for the balance of the full payment to be paid 14 days before the check-in date. Once this is received by us you will receive full confirmation of your booking and receipt for the full payment, along with details about the check in arrangements and airport transfer.

5. At handover of keys for the apartment you will be required to pay a refundable Breakages Deposit of RM600 (or equivalent in your own currency) in cash to the proprietor's local agent (or by card/bank payment 7 days before check-in) . You will be issued with a receipt for the Breakages Deposit payment and on check-out the deposit will be returned to you in full providing there is no loss or damage to the apartment’s contents, fabric or structure for which a fair and appropriate deduction may be made.
